Zmoon is a mobile app published by BharatXD, listed on Google Play as com.bharatxd.zmoon. This page is the way to have your Zmoon account, and the data stored with it, deleted.

Request deletion

Enter the email address you sign in with and press the button. Your mail app opens with the request already written, and you send it to app@bharatxd.com. Nothing is deleted until BharatXD receives that email.

What happens next

BharatXD replies within 7 days to confirm the request came from the account owner. The account and its data are then deleted within 30 days, and a final email is sent to the same address once the deletion is finished.

What is deleted

Everything below is removed permanently and cannot be restored:

• Your profile: email address, profile photo, and birth details.
• Any other person's birth details you added for a compatibility reading.
• Your charts, questions, and the readings you received, including voice readings.
• Your notification token and sign-in session.

What is kept

Nothing is kept once the deletion is complete, apart from records BharatXD is required by law to hold, such as a report of abuse or fraud involving the account. Those records are removed after 90 days unless a longer period is legally required. Routine backups are overwritten inside the same 30-day window.

Before you send the request

Deletion is permanent, and signing up again creates a new account. If you pay for a Pro subscription, cancel it in the Google Play app first, because deleting the account does not stop the billing. To call off a request, email us before the deletion is finished and nothing is removed.
